All trades are executed on connected exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget). BitFrog does not match orders or act as a counterparty.
Where are my funds when using BitFrog?
Your funds remain in your connected exchange accounts at all times. BitFrog does not custody, hold, or manage BitFrog only executes trading instructions through authorized exchange APIs. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and PnL are viewable in real time on the official exchange dashboard.
What does connecting an API mean? Can BitFrog access my funds?
Connecting an API means creating an authorized API key on your exchange, which allows BitFrog to execute trading instructions on your behalf. - API permissions are limited to trading only - Withdrawals and transfers are not supported - You can disable or revoke it anytime from the exchange dashboard Therefore, BitFrog cannot move your funds, and you retain full control of your assets at all times.
